Robert V. Boylan | Scott Bush | Kurt D. Miller
Robert V. Boylan, BS, MBA
Mr. Boylan is President of Ravenwood Consulting, Inc., an international development and consulting firm that helps companies enhance productivity and improve profitability. He is also Co-Founder, President and CEO of Innofen, LLC, a design and manufacturing firm providing products and services to the window and door industry. Mr. Boylan previously co-founded Sales & Marketing Services Group, LLC, and served as the firm’s Managing Partner until 2005.
Prior to his entrepreneurial ventures, Mr. Boylan served as Chief Operating Officer and Director of Casco International, Inc., a publicly traded services firm; Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Janco, Incorporated, part of Citigroup Venture Capital’s investment portfolio of high-growth manufacturing companies; and Vice President of International Marketing for a publicly traded pharmaceutical company, where he managed the firm’s entry into Central and South America, Southeast Asia and Western Europe. He also served in a variety of sales and marketing positions with CertainTeed Corporation, a leading global manufacturer of building products.
Mr. Boylan earned his MBA from Wake Forest University and holds a BS in Marketing Management from Virginia Tech. He serves on the faculty of the American Management Association (AMA), where he developed several key sales and marketing courses.

Scott Bush, BA
Mr. Bush is President of Bredison & Associates, an international sales and sales management training company. He has provided training to thousands of professionals worldwide and worked with a variety of high-profile organizations, including Home Depot, Siemens, Nissan, Hewlett Packard, Southwestern Bell Company, Universal and Health Net. Mr. Bush is author of the forthcoming book Motivation – The Key to a Successful Sales Culture as well as The High Fives of Selling CD series, and is a frequent contributor to industry publications such as Selling Power and Sales & Marketing Management.
With over 10 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, Mr. Bush has held key management positions with Global Crossing, Sprint and Cable & Wireless. In his role as Vice President of Enterprise Sales for Global Crossing, he was responsible for nearly $1 billion in revenues and led a team whose territory rose to become the top sales region in the country for three years in a row.
Mr. Bush is a graduate of California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, where he earned a BA in Psychology with a minor in Business. He serves on the faculty of the American Management Association (AMA), where he authored the popular “Coaching Your Sales Team” course.

Kurt D. Miller, BBA, MBA
Mr. Miller has 20 years of experience in the enterprise software, executive consulting and legal information arenas, serving most recently as Senior Director of National Sales for Cisco/WebEx Communications and Principal of KurtD Consulting, where he specialized in sales, management and leadership solutions.
During his tenure with Thomson & Thomson, a division of the Thomson Corporation, Mr. Miller held key management roles including Officer of Thomson & Thomson, Executive Committee Member, Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Regional Sales Manager and Director of Field Sales and Online Support. He also worked in software sales positions for Advanced Systems Inc., Cullinet Software and McDonnell Douglas Automation.
Mr. Miller earned his MBA from Pepperdine University and received a BBA in Marketing from the University of Georgia. He has facilitated numerous sales, management and ethics courses for Fortune 500 companies through Thomson & Thomson, the American Management Association (AMA), M3 Learning, KurtD Consulting and WebEx.
