Matthew Bross | Manuel Pineiro | Will Rose | Dean T. Walsh

Matthew Bross, BA, MACC

Mr. Bross is a Senior Business Development Leader for Dell Services, the newest services arm of Dell Computer. He is also Principal for MarionBroz, a strategic multi-sourcing education firm, where he works with clients to understand how sourcing can be leveraged in today’s organizations to provide greater access to skills, reduce overall operating costs and position a company for growth by focusing on internal core services and activities. With more than 25 years of business management experience, Mr. Bross spent the last 15 years developing and assessing Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Information Technology Outsourcing (ITO) offerings through organizations such as Arthur Andersen and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Previously, he worked with clients as a Sourcing Advisor to create the post implementation business processes required to successfully implement outsourcing contracts and realize related financial benefits.

Mr. Bross earned a BA in Business and an MACC (Masters in Accountancy) in Tax from the University of South Florida, after which he became a CPA.

Manuel Pineiro, BS, MBA

Mr. Pineiro is an executive for a Fortune 75 company. With more than 25 years of experience, he has extensive expertise in operational leadership, specializing on change management across a multitude of organizations across a variety of disciplines and functions. Mr. Pineiro’s experience is predominantly with hands-on implementation and integration of Total Productive Management (TPM), Lean Six Sigma (LSS), Daily Management Systems (DMS), Business Process Management (BPM), and Critical Chain Methodology (CCM) among others. His experience has crossed the globe and has gone across disciplines. Mr. Pineiro was previously in the military as an aircraft specialist managing diligent MIL-standards and later as a level 3 statistician.

Mr. Pineiro has developed countless developmental curricula on areas that span psychometrics to advanced statistics. He is also a member of many network groups, such as Manufacturing Operational Excellence, Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.

Mr. Pineiro holds a BS from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale and an MBA from Golden Gate University.

Will Rose, BS, MBA

Mr. Rose most recently worked with Catalina Marketing, a global enterprise, where he revamped their lead management process, improved their advertising effectiveness and enhanced their overall communication efforts. He brings more than 20 years of experience in corporate marketing with a strong expertise in re-branding, e-marketing, consumer acquisition strategies and marketing process improvement. Prior to joining Catalina, Mr. Rose was Vice President of Marketing for Idimension, Inc., a technology company, where he managed the business development process and new client acquisition efforts. In his first six months, he increased the firm’s communication consulting revenues by 15% and diversified their client base by adding contracts from several Fortune 500 subsidiaries.

Mr. Rose holds a BS and an MBA in Marketing. He is an active member of Tampa Bay Technology Forum and Tampa’s chapter of AMA.

Dean T. Walsh, BS, MBA, Ph. D

Dr. Walsh is the founder of InterKnowledge Corporation, a professional services firm specializing in organization design with particular emphasis on process improvement and performance management. With more than 15 years of multi-industry experience, he worked with such clients as Bank of America, NASA, Hewlett-Packard, Tropicana/PepsiCo and Hydro-Agri North America. Dr. Walsh is currently leading his company’s efforts in the design and development of a metrics-based process intelligence application.

Dr. Walsh earned his BS in Advertising and Marketing from the University of Florida. He also holds an MBA in Management and Management Information Systems, as well as a Ph.D. in Philosophy in Organization Studies from the University of South Florida. In addition, he has extensive training in numerous data collection and analytic methodologies, including the application of social networks models to business environments. Dr. Walsh is also a member of the International Society for Performance Improvement.
